Very disappointed with the appointment booking system. It’s very weird that you can’t book your appointment in advance. I tried to call them to book appointment so I can manage my work schedule but they always say need to call at 8 am , even if did so then they always say fully booked. I just needed an appointment with the same doctor to discuss about my test results and the problem that I’m having since a month but It’s really very hard to get an appointment. I’ve been with this surgery for over 10 years. The only issues I’ve had is my prescription being sent to the wrong place which was quickly resolved. Otherwise the doctors are great and through the patient access app I’m able to get appointments quick and easy. The receptionist staff have always been really helpful and informative
Just waste of time. 4 appointments and they didn't help me. Decided switch gp. Avoid this surgery. They have not helpfull stuf.
Most of the doctors google everything. Only had one good doctor the rest are unhelpful
