The receptionist are so bad they are making the patient life a misery. I can’t understand how they can carry on like this, surely the Dr must be aware.
I called Friday morning to request a call back from a doctor due to feeling awful and urgently needing a very simple prescription. After 1 hour of holding on / redialing the reception finally picked up and I was assured a doctor would call me back that day... It never happened, and worth of all is that my online appointment calendar marked it has having taken place... I now have to wait in severe discomfort and pain until Monday, when I hopefully get somebody there to give me the time of day. It is such a shame - 10 years ag... read more
Drs that I have spoken to over the last 9 years have always been excellent - kind , caring , lateral thinkers and with an excellent medical knowledge - we are lucky to have them ! Thank you to Dr Hakeem today
Awful approach to a customers from reception. You are telling, you have big problem and need urgent attention. Person can not breath. Reception is answering , if you have an urgent problem why didn’t you call in the morning. Such an unprofessionals
Good experience with the doctors but often hard to get a hold of reception and can only book appointments for the day we call which is really not convenient.
