I had an appointment with the pharmacist Sundeep today, always such a please to see her , so knowledgeable and caring .. always takes her time to explain everything properly to me .. I always leave the surgery feeling happy that my concerns have been answered Thank you Sundeep
Dr. Shaan is the best, honestly. He deserves a huge promotion. I visited and he was absolutely patient, listening to my complaints and acted swiftly. God bless you Doc and thank you so y.
This GP Surgery use to be one of the best in Dagenham, now I really think the two boy receptionists need more training on customer service or they will not go far in life , they’re so cocky they have made me so angry, if it wasn’t for me needing my medication I wouldn’t bother with a GP
The worst ever surgery Rude receptionist. Ravi probably the relative of the GP. None competent. I wonder how they got the license. NHS should remove the disgraceful surgery licence. Definitely they need to be audited especially their administrative and urge patients to go private if they want appointment. We know now why NHS is broke, it is because of the army of practices that only take the money and do nothing. Keep away of them.
Dont register with this GP receptionist RAVI is rude arrogant. I waited 6 weeks for a appointment with the nurse and 2months with the GP..booked in by RAVI he even wrote it on a scrap of paper the times..went for the app with nurse to be told you havent got a appointment!!! Excuse me RAVI booked me and showed the GP the scrap of paper with dates and times on!!! GP asked sabiar the other receptionist has she got an appointment? He replied NO!!!
