Excellent service, all staff are very helpful and friendly
The appointment system and attitude towards patients at this Surgery sucks. It has never been great, but over the years that I have been a patient here it has steadily got worse. My under-age Daughter has even been refused an appointment, and sent to the Medical walk-in centre in Grays (who actually demanded to know why this Dr had refused to see her.) I tried to book an appointment for 5 days time on my day off next week. I said that I was unable to call to get an appointment on my day off at 8.30am because I would be drivi... read more
