Rude woman on reception very low attitude doesn't care one bit. When you finally get an appointment they don't call and say you never had the appointment. The GPS will only deal with one issue at a time so if you have bronchitis and a cough, you'll die from a chest infection whilst they give you an inhaler. Useless all of them
