I will never go back to this practice. When I made the appointment, they told me I would be seeing the doctor - but when I got there the PA told me the doctor would not see me unless I had cancer. She wasn't in that office. I should have walked out of this dingy office . The PA took four seborrheic keratoses off my back and it was more painful than ever before. Weeks later I still have big brown marks on my back which look like burns.

I have only seen the PA in N.Tonawanda. She seemed nice. The woman at the front desk was loud and I could hear her when I was in the exam room being rude to a patient. Also as I sat in the waiting room I could hear every word th PA said to the patient in the exam room. No patient confidentiality there . Obviously these rooms have no insulation. Seemed like a run down office that needed a lot of work. I went back to my old dermatologist .

I love this doctor!!! She has helped me tramendously, I have seen other doctors and they couldn't compare. I have psoriasis (eczema) they itching was horrible and I couldn't use creams they made the itching worse, I tried everything ever made for this unbearable skin problem, perscritions, over the counter creams, home remedies, u name it! .. Then this Dof For tried nitrogen, dry ice kinda this, and it worked!!!! ?????? very few months, I go in and do it again!!! Thank you Dr.Amarante !!!! ??

I have been to a number of dermatologists and asked for a skin check. My mother had skin cancer breast cancer and lung cancer. I have spent time in the sun in my life and still do. Most dermatologists just seem to glance at areas, or not examine them at all. Not so with Dr Amurante who is very thorough and removed precancerous growths.

I have been here several times with 0 success correcting my problem. The staff at the desk, making appointments, and especially in billing are extremely poor mannered and rude. I 100% do no recommend this practice.
