Dr. Amarante was recommended by a friend. As a very fair individual who had many blistering sunburns I like to get checked every year. As I age I also have the skin problems associated with my new status. She understands my issues and takes care of them and explains what and why, She doesn't try to sell me on facials or injections. She attends to my issues with care. As a bonus she's empathetic and open to all.

Although it was a long wait, my appointment was at noon, Dr didn’t see me toil after 1:00. I waited patiently cause she obviously was busy with other patients. Lynn is a great Dr, very helpful and made me fell comfortable. Highly recommend!

I call and recording said I'm caller #3. Eventually caller #1. Been on hold for over 30 minutes and still caller #1. While on hold, I call from another phone. Again caller number #3. Now 2nd phone is caller #2. I'm still caller number 1 on the first phone. So I'm assuming there is no one actually answering the phone. Just set up for calls to start at 3 and end at 1. I get offices are busy. But NO ONE answers the phone. And recording stating what number you are is wrong..... or they don't take in order. Either way..... poor s... read more

The office staff was amazing. They were able to accommodate my daughter with a visit the same day I called due to a very concerning sores on her lips. Dr Jennifer May was wonderful and professional. She took her time with us. Would HIGHLY recommend this practice.

I have visited this office several times over the past couple decades, and everyone i have consulted with has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable about screenings. They attended to my concerns promptly, and biopsied anything that may have even looked suspicious of cancer. One time they wisely questioned if something another dermatology practice deemed infected WAS actually infected, and ordered a culture before prescribing treatment. I’ve struggled with horrifically painful relentless cystic acne for years. I went to the appointment with very low expectations. I thought there was no way I could get a solution to this long battle. I was seen by Colleen- Drs PA. She was an absolute joy! She listened to my concerns, looked at the gallery of pictures I’ve documented of years of acne. PA is wonderful working with me for about seven years. I got burned out when asked to pay for $40 no-show annual appointment we scheduled one year in advance. I have not received any reminder, especially I am deaf.

Great manners and professionalism shown to me from the moment I entered the lobby to the examination itself . Everyone on this staff is to be commended . Feels great to be treated as a human being and not just a number or $ .

I will never go back to this practice. When I made the appointment, they told me I would be seeing the doctor - but when I got there the PA told me the doctor would not see me unless I had cancer. She wasn't in that office. I should have walked out of this dingy office . The PA took four seborrheic keratoses off my back and it was more painful than ever before. Weeks later I still have big brown marks on my back which look like burns.
