When I came to this practice it was good, to say it has gone downhill is an understatement. Waiting over a week to see a Doctor, you don't see the same Doctor twice anymore and if they ask me once more to use that askmygp service I will explode. I do NOT consent to third parties having access to my medical records, anonymised or not I do NOT want them having it! I though Dr Lough was bad, didn't realise the surgery was going to get worse.

Not the best service, my mother who is nearly 80 has problems with her repeat prescription every single month and my prescription was sent to chemist without actually being signed by a doctor and then when it was returned to surgery to be signed it wasn't returned to chemist leaving me without medication.
