Always very friendly and thorough.
I had my first visit with Dr. Spencer about 2 months ago. It was for a skin screening, as I had never had one before. It was a thorough exam and she found precancerous cell around my eyebrow. She treated the area with liquid nitrogen. I had my second appointment to follow-up on my progress. I expressed that there was still redness around my eyebrow. I never actually saw Dr. Spencer. My appointment was at 3:10, I arrived around 2:55. When I checked in I was advised that she was ‘a little behind’. When I asked how far behind, I was told that her 2:30 appointment was still sitting in the waiting room. I then asked how many people were scheduled between the 2:30 and me and was told there were 3 others waiting.Let’s think about this for a minute….. between 2:30 and 3:10 Dr. Spencer was scheduled to meet with and address and resolve any and all concerns of 5 different patient... read more
Thorough and very knowledgeable
Fantastic doctor and office staff are very personable and friendly . They took care of my daughter’s skin needs and relieved concern . Im grateful!!
She really listened
The wait was entirely way too long. Over an hour.My evaluation & treatment was efficient. Dr Spencer’s assistant was helpful & efficient.
Staff is all very friendly and helpful, the doctor is very on top of everything. Straightforward, pleasant experience every time.
Dr Spencer is efficient and friendly during the brief 3-minute annual checkup visit and seems thorough and skilled, but be prepared to wait an hour to be seen (30 minutes in the waiting room 30 minutes in the patient room). Plenty of time to write this review! The focus is definitely on efficient use of HER time...
