Great care provider, safe environment, gave me the time and feedback I expect for my skin check.
Came in to have a spot looked at. Arrived before appointment as expected. Was not called back until 42 minutes AFTER the scheduled time. Was left waiting for another 21 minutes before seeing the doctor for a total of 4 minutes. When seen she was not pleasant and I was given no explanation as to why things were so late except that Dr Spencer always runs late. I had my first visit with Dr. Spencer about 2 months ago. It was for a skin screening, as I had never had one before. It was a thorough exam and she found precancerous cell around my eyebrow. She treated the area with liquid nitrogen. I had my second appointment to follow-up on my progress. I expressed that there was still redness around my eyebrow. I never actually saw Dr. Spencer. My appointment was at 3:10, I arrived around 2:55. When I checked in I was advised that she was ‘a little behind’. When I asked how far behind, I was told that her 2:30 appointment was still sitting in the waiting room.
