I had the unfortunate experience of going to Dr.Linda Nims. The wait was over an hour, finally when I met the doctor after brief discussion she prescribed medication for a dry scalp condition I had. I was under the impression that was the end of it, I paid my co-pay, headed to the pharmacist with prescription. The medication turns out to be quite expensive as the insurance doesn't cover the entire cost therefore I ended shelling out $100+ to buy the medication. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

This dermatological practice is highly recommended and busy. Their staff are friendly. They worked us into the schedule and we felt the doctor's focus was on good health care vs. making money for themselves. This is the third office I've visited and I will stay with them. The office was very easy to locate, right off Church Street. I will absolutely return.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed
