I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelly. She's thorough and competent.
She was absolutely horrible friends recommended her, got an article written about her and she was very unprofessional. Her front desk is overworked, but don't be fooled, they are not screwing you around for an appointment. Its all her, called 3 mornings in a row for an emergency app. She left me to suffer another week and a half and then still did not see me. She's a quack making money on a cycle of 10 min appts.
Have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Kelly!
We LOVE Dr. Kelly. She is kind, compassionate, a great listener and takes the needed time to explain how and why she is treating each problem. I had 3 issues with my skin and in a matter of minutes she had solved my problems. My daughter saw Dr. Kelly during the same appointment and again, Dr. Kelly addressed her skin issues and we left there feeling completely satisfied. Our insurance co-pay is $25 per visit so absolutely worth the cost.
Was a patient of Dr . Kelly for over 10 years - was pleased in the past , but found a new dermatologist now. The reception people are rude and nasty, takes forever to get an appointment, and will only address one skin issues per appointment . Doesn’t take many insurance policies. When you finally get to see her , she rushes like she has to go catch as bus, and the experience has become very impersonal. I’m so very disappointed .
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I tried to make an appointment for a 6 yr old kid and the staff refused to make any appointment unless first approved by the doctor. I've never heard of such a thing. If a doctor doesn't want to see patients, they should just say so.
Pros: Dr Kelly is an experienced dermatologist. The front office staff has changed there are nice people now. The office is clean. Cons: She is expensive. DO NOT BE LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT! If your appointment is for 11am, you MUST arrive by 10:45am. If you arrive by 10:46am you will be considered LATE for your appointment and will most likely have to reschedule. Prescriptions are not always called in in a timely manner and changing insurances can cause ‘issues’.
Dr. Kelly was very thorough in her exam and explanations
ALWAYS ASK WHAT THE COST!! Took my son to have her help remove small warts on hand. 3 visits. Stepping foot in the office each time I was charged $439, To dab medicine on the warts (less than 5 minutes) another $471 per visit. Total per visit $910! My insurance adjustment has half so I owed $450 per visit. I have a high deductible plan so needless to say I was stuck with a $1,341 bill and the treatment did not work! NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK!
