ALWAYS ASK WHAT THE COST!! Took my son to have her help remove small warts on hand. 3 visits. Stepping foot in the office each time I was charged $439, To dab medicine on the warts (less than 5 minutes) another $471 per visit. Total per visit $910! My insurance adjustment has half so I owed $450 per visit. I have a high deductible plan so needless to say I was stuck with a $1,341 bill and the treatment did not work! NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly for years , I will no longer be a patient. Her front desk are rude and unprofessional . During my visit I witnessed them being nasty to a patient who was there with her son and waiting for her doctor to fax the referral came, I saw the secretary shake her head no to the assistant who had come out to tell them that it had been received. She refuse to reschedule the appointment and when I told them that they were being rude ,

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Receptionist is rude and office is unorganized. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Patient satisfaction is not a concern. Waited almost 2 months for an appointment and then was turned away for being 5 minutes late, they also refused to see my son who missed a day of school for the appointment. Receptionist was rude and unapologetic. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect FIND ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST!

She'll only treat one problem at a time because "insurance won't cover" multiple treatments or diagnoses. I've never heard of that before. Wait time was reasonable but time spent in office always felt rushed. Billing charges are inflated.

I have had wonderful experiences Dr. Kelly. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and she addressed all my concerns. She even was able to treat a couple things that previous dermatologists could not. There is a wait to get an appointment, and understand the frustration with calling the office, but the Doctor herself is excellent.

Horrible wait times to get someone on the phone. I call constantly and have a average 12-18 mins before i give up. I honestly would not recommend calling. Just walk in to the office if possible.

She's a great doctor when you get in to see her but otherwise attempting to make an appt or trying to call the office is the most frustrating experience. If you don't get a busy signal, then you get the automated system and stay on hold. I usually just call and put the phone on speaker phone but I had an experience where it took over 10 minutes to even get a live person to pick up the line and tell me that I needed to hold some more.

Dr. Kelly is the BEST! She knows her skin issues and is an excellent diagnostician.

Dr. will only talk about one condition on a visit. One time, I went in for my usual acne treatment I mentioned to receptionist and put on paperwork I was also experiencing some eczema on my hand. Said I would have to schedule another visit. The staff requests you come in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and then I consistently wait until a half hour past my appt. time, a 45 minute wait in total. Staff is not courteous at all. Dr. Kelly spends very little time with patient, very rushed.
