My wife and I have been delighted with Dr. Ortega. She listens attentively to our descriptions and speculations and seriously contemplates her recommendations. She is friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. She responds well to email -- which is VERY important for us as we are retired and often on the road for months. The only downside is that she is too popular.

Dr. Ortega seems much more comfortable with her practice than she did a few years ago when I first started seeing her as my primary care doctor.
Dr. Ortega is a most personable woman. She always has the extra moment to make you feel as though you are her most important patient. She also takes the time to go over labs & prescribes the necessary meds. I highly recommend her to all !
The only reasons I didn't give my encounters 5 stars across the board: 1. She is extremely busy (as good doctors are) but has an extremely knowledgeable CNP and her staff, now they have finished moving, the office is really well organized, willing to be helpful. Doctor Ortega is really sharp, conscientious and has always listened carefully to me. Both she and her assistants are "as good as it gets" & explain things VERY well.
