Doctor Ortega has become more like a friend to us over the past few years. She always takes whatever time is needed to listen to and address our health issues. Probably because of this, wait times can become longer than expected. On this past visit, we were asked by office staff if we wanted to reschedule after waiting more than one hour in the waiting room as everyone who was there before us and came after us was admitted to the examination area. By the time we left it had been over two hours for one appointment.
She is an excellent professional and compassionate. But the office probably need more help, because they have too many clients waiting.
My visit went fine except it took two hours for what should have been a half hour to an hour appointment. When my examination was over, I was asked to wait 10 minutes for my written medication instructions to be entered and printed out. So I made a follow up appointment and then took a seat in the waiting room and watched as peron after person left the office but no one came out with my written instructions. It went well. I’m extremely satisfied and didn’t have to leave home.
Dr Ortega takes time to listen to my concerns. She is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend her as a physician.
First time I did the telehealth and was not a bad experience.Everything that's done in person can be done this way. A good experience.
Dr Ortega listens to you and offers options when available. She takes time with you and asks questions. She is approachable, resourceful, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
Truly professional, caring provider. Always a pleasure to see Dr. Ortega.
I highly recommend Dr. Ortega. She is very caring and takes time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She explains any diagnosis and takes time to be certain I understand what my care plan entails.
