Dr. Ortega and her staff were very attentive to Gregg's needs and medication was prescribed that should make him feel better. I would recommend her to others.
Felt very safe - careful observance of social distancing,masks, etc. and the doctor listened to me, explained clearly and answered all my questions, as well as explaining her reasoning as she went along to a student accompanying her - which was useful to me as well, to understand the whys. Staff was on the ball, too, very smooth.
