Much better than many other GPs. Admin is friendly and efficient, doctors (though I hardly use them, being very healthy!) are fine. Waiting times on the phone are reasonable too. What's not to like?

Don't bother registering online, you'll be wasting your time. I did the whole thing online and heard nothing back for ages, so I rang and they said they need me to come in and do it all again in person. What is the point??

I have registered online on the 25th of July with this practice where I have been asked to upload my passport and proof of my address. I have received a confirmation email for my registration. I rang the practice today as I need Fit to Fly letter from my GP and my flight is on Friday. The person who picked up the phone told me I am not registered with them despite me filling all forms online and I need to go to the the practice and do all paperwork again including providing proof of identity and address again. The receptionist (men) Says to call in the morning 8 am Then 14 pm for appointment then he say no more appointments available thanks bye. Unbelievable!
