My only experience was with the receptionist for temporary registration with the surgery. Receptionist was rude and unfriendly and it turned out that I was not registered at all despite my request and filling in the required paperwork.
Moved recently from another practice. My experience so far is just wonderful. The doctor is thorough, responsive and authoritative and she listens to what you say. Reception and clerical people are polite, pleasant and quick to respond both to phone calls and emails. Couldn’t be happier.
First time visit here, staff were friendly and professional, was met in car park and given directions, once inside plenty of staff to direct on each stage, the vaccination, felt nothing but a small price, well pleased, a big thank you to all the staff involved, was put at ease from start to finish
I have always had excellent care and service from this practice. I am a great fan of their digital applications - especially the e-reception. It frees up the telphone lines and means I am not frustrated whilst on hold. I am able to list my concerns and worries and what I would like to happen. It's extremely efficient for me and the clinicians.
