I have noticed a great improvement in the efficiency of the staff in recent months which I assume is down to the reception staff and the surgery manager who are very approachable . My only criticism would be when requesting repeated prescription requests online, staff need to understand that there is very often delays in pharmacies ordering items and the wait for their deliveries seems to have increased very often to a week . Me and my son have only had Dr.Kainth as our new gp surgery since November 2023 and can honestly say we have never been happier he see's us the same day when we phone at 8am -8.30 its nice to actually see your own doctor than random ones such as MGS useless
I find I have no problem getting thru on the phone, and always get a an appointment same day or next. All staff helpful and friendly. Got great confidence in Dr kainth and practice nurse.
I've been with Dr Kainth a few years now. I can honestly say he's been one of the best doctors I've had. I always get an appointment to see him when l call at 8 30 am. The receptionists are always polite and friendly too.
