The receptionists are so chill but the General practitioners (professionals) are terrible. If I get blood tests, they would never send my results back. Unless I give them a call. I have been trying to get a diagnosis for my eczema but the doctor/primary care physician at the time just gave me steroid creams which didn't reduce the inflammations long term. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The referrals could be better but it's not bad. Please CQC please inspect this GP surgery again. At least that's my case...
