I saw Dr K Rivett today. I am not a patient but a friend of a patient needing help and advice for the patient. She was thoroughly professional and very caring at the same time. She resolved my queries, sorted out a prescription and reassured me that my friend, the patient was definitely on the practice radar. This was an exemplary example of the value of our NHS , in these difficult and pressured times. We need to support our GPs and our nurses - they are amazing people.
