Oh My God, awful Gp that I ever had in my entire life. I never seen that bad service, the receptionist are completely careless and distracted by other things, patients are not the priority. The phone calls never being responded always you stying on the call for hours and hours. I requested a letter for my uni but took me about 2 months to get it and finally I gave up of sending the letter to my university.
