The receptionist must be going through the change because I've seen happier and more animated corpses. Probably get more response from one too. Also rude.
Been removed from the surgery's list as i've missed several appointments, Despite me having numerous mental health problems and memory loss which Doctor is aware, so therefore "Missed appointment's" are non intentional, after explaining this to the Receptionist i'm still being removed, utterly disrespectful and have no regard for people with mental health.
