I would give 0 the receptionist was very rude to me I have left the surgery now.i have been with this surgery for years I am not being spoke to like she spoke to me.Very angry.
I have never ever experienced such Terrible horrible unprofessional hostile verbal abuse from a receptionist. Isabella coney vile individual rude and very racist especially to black women. I have reported this person and the doctors surgery who allowed this disgusting receptionist to shout even infront of a doctor who I genuinely thought was nice but stood by and allowed this Isabella to shout point her fingers infront of another receptionist who just sat there did nothing.
