Dr Holy has been a wonderful doctor to my family.The Alien emoji and help over the last year has been enormous.The surgery is great and helpful.Parking not brilliant,but that’s the norm.
Inadequate parking, rude staff and massive delays. The secretary was the most egregious.
Rude staff & horrendous service. I've never seen a group of people less interested in healthcare than everyone working here.
Amazed by the reviews. Takes weeks to get an appointment. They recently lost my repeat prescription for blood pressure medication and the receptionist was astonishingly rude to me about something which was not my fault. She then only put half the prescription request in and eventually it took me 3 trips to the surgery and pharmacy to sort out medication I've been taking for 16 years
We moved from London 5 years ago and I went to the Pond Surgery a few times when I needed help with health issues. I was really impressed with compassion and professionalism of receptionists. Doctors are highly qualified and providing effective and efficient care and treatment. Dear Dr Holly , I feel very lucky to have such a lovely, kind, helpful doctor.
