I've been a patient for 30 years I stayed in the north of glasgow outside the catchment area. moved to the east end which is closer changed doctor for convenience and they are terrible, I've never see the same doctor. So I call to try reregistered a woman who I couldn't understand answered, she told me I'm outside the catchment area. This Doctor's is an absolute joke. I've literally sat and watched the reception staff sit about and watch the phone ring out while they gab away, ridiculous.
Does not seem to care. Has put me off doctors all together. People need to remember these guys are GP's i.e. they are general practitioners so if you have something that needs specialist attention they are useless, they will just prescribe medicine in which they think will solve the problem but usually never fixes underlying problems. There are many reasons for this review that I shall not name them here. Overall terrible experience with this doctor in particular.
