Todays visit was really pleasant, I told the nurse that I wasn’t very keen on needles so she was very careful taking my blood, was quick and painless, I was seen on time, everything was explained and i was booked straight away for a follow up appointment to get the results explained. Really pleased and thank you Elena Stefanescu for such a efficient appointment!
When you get past the past the telephone service the nurse was really good. They put me in quickly when there was a cancellation for a tetanus injection
