I have been with Dr. Daugherty since 2003 when I came down to Worcester Park and when he was a very young doctor. Dr Daugherty is professional, competent and friendly to my experience to say the least. It’s unfair to put so many unrelated comments under his name.

why am I ringing and getting ‘ busy ‘ this system is very antiquated ! I am ringing for someone else and have to keep re dialling !! Most up to date surgeries at least have a system where you call , tells you the necessary advice and then puts you in a queue this is better than keep re dialling please update your system for patients !! Look at systems in the Richmond Borough .. terrible
unhelpful staff, will only take 'on the day' appointments IF they have available- you require a call from your GP first before you can book an appointment- and evidently my GPs calling back diary is always full, so havent even been able to book anything in for over a week now, and since they only take 'on the day' phone call requests, every day I call im being told to 'call back tomorrow'. Literally if I could give 0 stars I would.
