After decades of pain and no help from several doctors, I went to Dr. White. I am so grateful I did. I had neck surgery in March 2009. I have been pain free and extremely happy with the results. He may not be chatty but he answers all my questions. I am surprised to learn some think he is arrogant. He has performed neck surgery on my daughter-in-law and back surgery on my husband. We are extremely satisfied with the results. I recommend him to anyone who needs back or neck surgery. He is the best.
Dr White fixed my broken back,1995 diagnosis was spondylo lyethesis.However you spell it.shooting pain from testicles to foot is gone it's been 16yrs since surgery. have some new problems now I will see Dr.White for these.
I am sure Dr. white is an extremely intelligent man and excellent surgeon, however, his arrogance is less than to be desired. His office staff is also incredibly rude. Most of all, they were not helpful and seemed more annoyed at my eagerness to feel better.
Well, I've had multiple spinal surgeries with Dr White. The reviews concerning his attitude and punctuality are, unfortunately, True. You will wait at LEAST 1.5 hours to see him IF you're lucky. He doesn't have good bedside manners at all. HOWEVER... he is a SUPERIOR surgeon! He worked w/another physician and did a sacral bone graft and a cervical fusion plus plate. I've been to several orthopedic surgeons before I was referred to Dr. White. His knowledge and services far exceed the other doctors. The fusion surgery was not successful for me, but Dr. White provided the alternative metal "strap" surgery to make the fusion work. It worked--and my pain levels are gone. I'm a former ballet dancer, and I recommend Dr. White to others who dance, and athletes.
Terrible bedside manner. Very high and mighty.He is a arrogant and rude person.He is a male Judge Judy, but with out the yelling.He may be an excellant doctor,but you should not treat people like there stupid.
The rudest most arrogant Surgeon I have ever met. After making me wait an hour to see him, he said I could take pain pills for the rest of my life or have fusion surgery. Disc replacement was also an option, although he said it probably wasn't covered by Blue Cross and I would have to figure out how to pay for it myself. What a disappointment.
Dr. White is the BEST! He performed neck surgery on my husband and on me. We researched and interviewed doctors before selecting Dr. Jon White. Several of our friends have had surgery done by Dr. White. All very successful. He's the best. The wait for an appointment can be long, but he is worth it. If you are in pain or post-op, they will get you right in.
I did my homework before selecting Dr. White, I was a competing gymnast with spine & nerve damage that had escalated over the years - he is the most renound spine specialist in the area and I ran into another gymnast from the East Coast in the waiting room seeking his services.
