From the minute we walked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk immediately offered me a wheelchair since I was having a hard time walking. The check in process was simple, all of my questions were answered professionally, and we were taken to the room quickly. Dr. Baldauf has a very calm and direct demeanor, and got right to the point, which I appreciated. In and out of appt even though they had to take xrays. Staff is professional and facility very nice. Happy that PT is in same building.
I liked how he did not rush my mom into having shoulder replacement surgery. We were given information about shoulder arthroplasty so we could make an informed decision to proceed with the surgery once medically cleared by the primary care doctor and cardiologist.

I visited Dr.Baldauf today with pain in my knee. I had surgery almost 40 years ago In New Jersey on the same knee and it has been acting up lately. Dr. Baldauf is an excellent physician who is dedicated, caring and very upfront. I highly recommend Dr. Baldauf and all the Physicians at DOC. Their support staff and PT are great too.
