Front desk very efficient! Appointment on time if not early! Had both knees done 12 years ago! In for a check up! Dr. John Baldauf did such amazing job that they are both working wonderful! Unbelievable job from the surgeon! Amazing follow ups! Wound ever go to anyone else! Thank you!
Very direct and explains himself well. Office staff is very friendly and helps you with any questions. This was my first visit with him and I was very pleased.

The facility was clean and organized. I was nervous being there relating to shoulder pain. Dr. Baldauf explained in a clear and concise manner my condition and options for treatment. He answered all my questioned and provided take home instructions. I did not feel rushed through the conversation or as if I could not ask questions. I felt valued as a new patient.
Dr. Baldauf and staff were professional, friendly, and caring. I recommend the team highly.
After a dramatic decrease in mobility, I was lucky enough to be seen by Dr Baldauf the following morning. The clinic was busy, and at the same time very efficient. Thanks to Dr Baldauf’s investigation we found that my misalignment diagnosis from previous physician’s were incorrect, and I feel contributing to my knee problems. I can’t thank the Dr and his team enough and am looking forward to a pain free future after the surgery.

I arrived on time and was taken into the exam room within 5 minutes. The nursed asked all her questions and then I went for x-rays.. The doctor came in, looked up my x-rays explained a few things to me then had to order an MRI. After he left the room I remembered something else I would have liked to have asked him like my protocol for the next 2 weeks until my follow-up. I would have given him 5 star had he had a little more "bedside manner" like introducing himself since it was my first time... Perhaps those days are gone s... read more
Was a very caring dr. He was not able to help my problem but recommended a different dr. At the same facility. He got me an appt with the new dr. In 6 days. Impressive.
