My entire experience at Desert Ortho was great. Everyone is very professional and helpful. They listened to all my issues and concerns, and solved all my ortho needs....my knees!
I had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Baldauf in August. This has been my 4th surgery (between both knees) performed by Desert Orthopedic (DOC) and my second from Dr. Baldauf. I highly recommend both DOC and Dr. Baldauf. The communication with him and his staff, both prior to and following surgery has been outstanding.
Phenomenal experience!!! Dr Baldauf operated my right shoulder in 2012 and present day xrays display results as if it was day after initial surgery. Dr Baldauf is genuine, most attentive, possessing exceptional communication skills that informs the patient in detail, while exuding confidence in their respective treatment. Can't emphasize enough my endorsement of this wonderful physician and the staff at Desert Orthopedic....
Had my right Hip replaced almost 2 years ago. Was walking without a walker by myself after about 11 days. Returned to work in 17 days. I workout 7 days a week. I lift weights, jump rope, go on bike rides, even do jiu-jitsu and still no pain in knee or hip. The last month before surgery i couldnt walk without A cane. Great bedside manners. He explains everything throughout about the surgery and the follow up. Made me feel more comfortable in making my decision to have my shoulder replacements.

I was very impressed with the doctor. He was very thorough with my exam and we are going to try a few different methods before we even think of surgery. I will continue to see him and I would highly recommend him. His bed side manner is out of this world. If you need an orthopaedic doctor you need to see him.
