Could not fault any aspect of the treatment itself, and it was a very speedy response once the histology was received. Relaxed atmosphere whilst the procedure was carried out and the staff are lovely. The only negative aspect - my husband not being allowed to accompany me into the clinic and wait with me, until I was called into the treatment room. For personal reasons, this would have been appreciated by both of us and the reason I didn't give you 5 stars.
Got an initial response quickly when they then had to ask for my weight to confirm my prescription. They provided no email to send this to however. I proceeded to email various addresses (including via the method on their website) and received zero response despite automated replies saying that they had received my message. I have now had to pursuer this through the small claims court. Would personally avoid like the plague.
Online consultation.. paid for fast track 7-24 hrs and three days later no reply, no reply to web chat and all emails to their service bounce back as unable to deliver! 1/1/25 Edit to add: Received a response after 4 days. I have already started an Amex chargeback which I will contact to hold, however, I want the extra £75 for within 24 hrs refunded.
