I am very thankful to Dr. Shellock. I was very nervous deciding if I should have the surgery or just live with the pain. I met Dr. Shellock and she was able to calm my fears by being very patient while I was asking several questions. I had a disc replacement in May 2017 and I am so thankful I did. I did not have any trouble after the surgery, everything went great. I felt so much better almost immediately after the surgery. Going on 6 months and still feel great. Best decision I ever made.

I am a 56 year old male who was in in so much pain I could not even sit up straight during my first appointment with Dr Shellock, Her staff took a few xrays and determined I had (2) herniated discs in my neck that would require surgery with fusion. Dr. Shellock educated me on the surgery and made me feel confident and comfortable with the procedure. I just had my (3) month post surgery appointment, and was told that I can continue with any of my exercise activities. Dr. Shellock is awesome!

I'm 41 years old and my back had hurt since my mid 20's. I finally blew it completely out in August 2017. The pain was almost unbearable. Dr Shellock quickly diagnosed my problem, and completed surgery. As soon as I woke up the pain was gone. 2 months later I feel outstanding. Wish I had gone to her years before. In February of 2016 my chiropractor told me I needed to go see an orthopedic doctor. After several shots in my back, the orthopedic doctor suggested I contact Dr Shellock. We had a consultation with her and after reviewing my MRI, she set up a surgery for 2 weeks later. She performed the surgery. I have no metal, no hardware. Two weeks after the surgery I was back in full swing at work. Ninety days later I am back to going full steam and am very thankful to Dr Shellock. She is top shelf!!

After having an accident in a swimming pool 30 years ago, it was time to fix my cervical spine. I had loss of strength and numbness in both arms, with my right bicep and left forearm muscles weakening almost daily. After MRI's and X-rays, I visited three different surgeons and had three different plans to fix my problem. Dr Shellock exhibited the most knowledge, presented logical options for her recommended treatment, and we scheduled the surgery for 3-1-17.

I have had lot of pain over the past few years, but after surgery cannot be happier with the level of care and positive increase in my quality of life. My expectations were exceedingly met with the services provided by this doctor.

Dr. Shellock did my disc surgery and was amazing! Took the time to explain everything that would be happening, answered all my questions and calmed my nerves! I'm pain free and would highly recommend her!!! Thanks Dr. Shellock!!

First time to visit Dr. Shellock. You would think she would take her time to make sure you understood your diagnosis, however that wasn't the case. Dr. Shellock spent a whole 5 minutes with me and barely gave me a chance to speak. In my opinion I believe she doesn't like minorities by the way I was treated. You would think with having BCBS PPO insurance she would have been nicer. I would never recommend her to ANYONE!! The staff on the other hand was GREAT!!

Dr Shelock did surgery on my lower back for spinal stenosis Nov 2015. She informed my wife in waiting room that all went well & unless there was a problem she wouldn't be back to check on me during my hospital stay because she had just had a baby. I was in tremendous pain after surgery & requested the nurses have her come back for 2 days! She never did! Most uncaring unprofessional dr I have ever encountered! Had I known she wouldn't follow up on patient care, I would not have let her do surg.
