Great doctor and very personable.
Avoid! They lack all capabilities to manage a medical office. This location is completely overwhelmed, resulting in poor care and communication with their patients. Rude staff, inconsiderate, and will transverse facts in their documentation in order to avoid responsibilities. Do not trust this office with your health. Incompetence becomes negligence.
I had a new patient visit on Wednesday October 20, 2021 at 3:00pm. I got there early and saw the nurse immediately. I was the only patient in the office. I sat in the patient room for 30 minutes waiting on Dr. Agnes Kovacs to come see me. She never did and I got up and left. That was a horrible first impression for a new patient. I would have been understanding if the office was full of patients but I was the only patient there.
I was very lucky to find Dr Ragan when I relocated to Alpharetta a few years ago. He is a great listener and is extremely compassionate. Dr Ragan is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend his services.
Met Dr.Echols and her staff at Walmart Medical Clinic in Loganville. I was very impressed by the whole staff. They were professional and knowledgable. It was state of the art, immaculately clean, organized and still adhering to CDC covid standards. I waited 10min at the most. Very impressed patient centered. I will definitely go back and recommend.
He's been my family and my primary care physician for over 20 years. he's always attentive and he always follows up with you after visits.
Dr. Stoff is a world class doctor. He saved me when my oncologist screwed up and forgot to tell me that he wasn't able to get all the cancer during surgery. As far as I'm concerned, he's a genius!!
Dr. Smith is thorough and explains everything in a manner that is easy to understand. Although I am a RN he still treats me as a patient explaining the "hows and whys" that many MDs assume I know because I am a health care worker. I appreciate his tactful reminders that I must take care of myself or I will not be able to care for anyone else. I am a long term patient who has no intentions of leaving his practice.
Dr. Frantz always respects my opinion. His response time to emails and questions is so prompt. I am extremely comfortable with discussing issues with him.
