The staff is incompetent while the doctor is great. Ready for surgery in 3 weeks they sent my consent info to a doctor I have nothing to do with. Total disaster- morons. Idiots!!! I waited months for the surgery and the idiots nullified it through incompetence.
He was recommended by my pain management doctor or actually the nurse practitioner that I see. When I called for an appointment, I said any doctor in the group is OK so I got Jay Rlee . He had just seen my recent MRI of my spine which included a severely herniated disc scoliosis and more. He acted like he didn’t know why I was there very bored. Great neurosurgeon, very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Explains everything well and the surgeries went very smooth. Besides being a great spine surgeon, Dr Rhee is also a great down to earth person and I enjoyed our little chats after every consultation. I highly recommend Dr Rhee.
