Waited for nearly an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. The doctors appraoch is often lets wait and see, rather than taking proactive measures
I been with her for many years. She got to know me which it’s important for me.
From my first visit in 2018, I liked Dr. Lachtchinina very much. Maybe because she simply listened to me and when I was done, then asked questions. Never pretentious.
The wait times are atrocious! You will be waiting forever to be seen and when she does finally come 45 minutes late, there is a smug deal with it attitude.
She is the BEST!. Takes the time to listen to you and asks questions. Very easy to talk to. Never makes me feel rushed.
Dr. Lachtchinia has treated me for many years for multiple problems. She takes time to really understand you and works to provide the best health care in my opinion.
Dr. Lachtchinina & nurses 5/5; front desk 1/5 stars. If I didn't like Dr. Lachtchinina so much I would choose to never deal with her receptionist. I dont want to bring down the actual dr's rating but cant believe shes still employed. Every time I've called/visited I've recieved/witnessed the most disrespectful behavior from the receptionist. I did not have a primary care doc when I saw her after being diagnosed with shingles a year ago. She was knowledgeable, caring and took the time to explain the disease to me, and then changed the treatment plan. Also did a blood workup and saw some minor issues that needed addressing. Have returned several times since and highly recommend her. She is very competent and now I finally have a primary care doc, thanks to her.
