Joined this practice after retiral of existing doctor. Immediately had problems with repeat prescription. Told to pick it up at pharmacy. Not there, had to go back to surgery. They blamed chemist. This happened twice. Then asked for a bigger prescription for an extended holiday. Initially agreed then refused citing NHS regulations, which miraculously changed after various conversations with the practice manager and a letter to the doctor. Have given up in disgust and moved to another practice. Hopeless.

I was a patient of this surgery for a year before moving to a different area. I had only exceptional service provision from all staff members . At a time when I needed considerable support Dr Taylor proved the most empathetic, patient and professional GP I have ever had. She doesnt just listen, she hears. I cannot thank her and surgery staff enough for their care and support in a difficult time. If you want first class service then this surgery is for you.
