Reading some of the reviews of JTH, I do wonder if the reviewers are talking about the same place??!! I transferred here from another fairly local surgery, where my experiences had not been great, about a year ago, which coincided with a decline in my formerly great health. The physician and nurses are very professional with genuine intent to help. However, not run professionally. Access to even online queries is difficult, no need to state about reception staff attitudes when we actually reach the end of the queue. They do not have fundamental business knowledge, by keeping the entrance door small, they feel they can control the crowd ( I mean ease of access).
