I've never had any trouble with this GP surgery. They are polite and professional at all times and I've rarely had difficulties getting an appointment especially for my children who I know they prioritise. For years I've suffered with migraines and the GPs here have been the only doctors to ever properly listen to me and help me. Absolutely horrendous service taken 3 days to get back to me and then 3 days to refer me to physio which I could have done myself in the first place and avoided waiting! I also specifically asked not to be referred to allied! They have listened to anything I’ve said or passed on any of my details
Just been to this surgery for my first face to face visit and saw Duncan Saunders who was a paramedic practioner. What a welcoming ,lovely young man . He was friendly and genuinely looked happy to meet me . I wasn't rushed and I felt listened to . My first impressions of the whole experience from me getting intouch to my consultation was effortless. I'm glad I changed to this practise .
What fantastic service I get from the staff at Derby Road. They never say no and always manage to fit me in despite being busy and having staff shortages. The nurses are caring and reception really helpful.
I have been going to this doctors for a couple of years now and it's the best doctors I have ever been too. I suffer with anxiety so using the phone to try and explain issues can sometimes be difficult for me. The ask GP online service is insanely amazing and helps people like me who hate using the phone. you can easily fill your details and issues out and wait for a reply. really amazing.
