Advised on phone to use Patches. But the app is closed as always full even at 8am. Rang up instead, waited half hour to speak to a rude and abrupt receptionist. Was told someone will be in touch within 24 hours. With a UTI and sinus infection I am still awaiting someone to call. Not good when antibiotics are needed. All round poor service. Even when you can get an appointment it's with a pharmacist not a doctor. Used to be a good doctors. All they ever say is there are staff shortages. They need to recruit them in my opinion... read more
