Every time I request meds on the app, it takes 8 days to get to the pharmacy and they only put my meds through once which is ridiculous because I need to collect them every 3 days.... so I'm forever without meds at the moment. Meds which I really need.

I would like to say Thank you to Dr Richards for being efficient and caring in dealing with my request. My referral was prompt with the added personal touch of a phone call letting me know the resulting outcome of the next stage forward. I have had my problem for the past 14 years and have had several different Doctors over the years. This is the first time I have felt like something is finally being done to help resolve my ongoing pain.
I’m sorry to leave this kind of feedback, but my experience with JP Wilson Street was extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times to book an appointment for my 18-month-old child. At first, the phone line didn’t even ring. After almost an hour of trying, I was finally able to get through. I clearly explained that it was an urgent medical situation, yet I received no real attention or meaningful support from the staff.
