This is a review of the Practice Nurse Service. The nurse team have been extremely professional, flexible, caring and informative during a recent need of their services for wound care. Their experience and expertise has provided me with a sense of comfort that the situation is being attended to. I've mainly seen Katy, Ellen, Ruth and Samantha over a periods of weeks. I highly recommend these nurses for their communication, experience and compassion for their work. Thank you for making a difficult time less difficult.
Got and appointment straight away, receptionist was lovely. Saw Dr Richards and he was brilliant, listened to me and has helped me everytime I've seen him about my condition. Extremely satisfied 😁
Ac p khaled ghrayeb grade fanastic doctor ive been ill for a while but this doctor isnt stopping till he finds the issue really do think hes amazing gone above for me and im forever grateful
Every time I request meds on the app, it takes 8 days to get to the pharmacy and they only put my meds through once which is ridiculous because I need to collect them every 3 days.... so I'm forever without meds at the moment. Meds which I really need.
Very bad to get appointment you tell them your not felling well they don't care
