Another "system" is not what yr patients need it's medical care!! It's a reliable gp service, not an unqualified care assistant, people go to for medical care. Constant availability of medical care should very made priority, not how many pretty seats can we get in our coffee shop waiting room. I am furious with this surgery but I appreciate they get paid to provide craft mornings probably much more than my 10 minute appointment allowance. I have always found Veor surgery a well run operation, Dr Norris was my Dr for 30 years and done a great job of keeping me alive.
Awful and would certainly recommend finding an alternate Drs. Will treat symptoms but will not look for cause, patient care is non existent. Thankfully I have private medical care and even Aviva cannot believe the process they follow (or dont follow). No complaint procedure, 1 lady processing private claims forms but only part time which causes an "up to 7 month" delay on paperwork. Absolute lack of leadership and no ownership. Good luck!
