I love the doctor I see whenever needed, he's been my biggest supporter since I started seeing him and pushes for my help with other services. I've never really liked other doctors I've seen but he's by far my favourite, the only downfall is the lack of days he's in & how difficult in general it is to get an appointment even with the online appointment admissions. Yes I have been looked after twice during the pandemic by Dr McDonald with brilliant results, unlike other doctors in the practise he actually cares for his patients and he gives them 100% of his attention .

Impossible to get a appointment phone line constantly busy ..expected to keep calling non stop .

So there's 2 sides to this surgery the great medical staff you have no chance of getting to see due to the mismanagement of surgery and the power tripping low intelligence administers, who should not be trusted to change a light bulb! This is NHS bureaucracy at it worst. The staff and management of The Borchardt Medical Centre will openly lie to you and mislead you at every opportunity. They will simply do anything they can in there power to make sure you don't see anyone medically trained. To get an appointment takes normal... read more
