I have been a GP service user for many many years. All those years I was not very satisfied with the service, but I realised that all GPs are busy and I adapted. But now GP has turned into an inaccessible island of doctors. If you need an appointment, you get it by phone and not even the doctor who works in this GP, but external (because probably all their doctors are very busy with their patients :).
