I must say a big thank you to receptionists at the surgery for always giving the time and patients. Dealing with unwell and patients that want appointments yesterday is not an easy task.

This go is the worst in london, you wait 30min on the phone they'll answer and close quickly, also when you go reception is very bad don't even care you are there they just doing there 🙄 chat like in the market 🙄🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely appalling service. When you send a letter your request is not actioned by the GP. You then have to wait in a long telephone queue to then be told your request has been sitting in a pile for a week, therefore has not been read by a GP. Have to wait over 3 weeks to get a face to face appointment. When I initially registered with them it took over 5 months for them to organise getting my notes transferred from my previous GP. I've been trying to make an appointment for a long time and I couldn't. the front desk staff is not very friendly, they don't have the patience to listen to you and they never have a place for an appointment. They tell you every time you call tomorrow morning to check if they have a appointment available for you or to call at 15:00 pm and the answer is the same…
