Probably like many reviews before me I've been in Dr Dugans practice for 20 odd years anyway. I have always been treated the one way, reception staff listened and got me either a repeat prescription or an appointment as best they could.. Any ailments I had were dealt with promptly and referred where necessary. I have sat in the waiting room manys time..... Excellent pleasant and helpful reception staff. Doctors, nurses Roisin and Rosie are top class. Niall the surgery pharmacist is very attentive. All-round excellence is very reassuring.
Have always been treated well but can be difficult to get consultation with GP at present.Practice might want to consider an app to book appointment. Can be on telephone a long time.
