Dr Shah is a fantastic doctor – We are lucky to have him.This is a well run surgery with great doctors. What a service I had today! Within just hours of submitting an e consult form Dr Patel already called me! He had my best interests at heart (just like Dr Shah) and worked hard to get me the essential scan I needed

I am so grateful to be a patient at Watling medical in Stanmore! I can’t fault them at all. They have responded to all of my e-consults promptly over the past few years. They have arranged all the investigations and referrals that they felt were suitable. I have met both Dr. Moore and Dr. Milen Shah. They are both brilliant. Today, I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to make an appointment with my gp . I received a call back as I requested from 8:30 After waiting over an hour the receptionist offered an appointment at burntoak i explained that due to severe back and body pain i wouldnt be able to get there .Despite my persistence, I was told they were fully booked and closed at 12.30 on thursdays even though the times state 5:30 closing on thursday. i requeted an appointment for friday to be told i had to call on the day.When I fin... read more
