The surgery is very efficient at promptly responding to e-consult forms, and the receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to recognise and thank Dr Milen Shah for all the hard work he has put in to supporting me over a very difficult few months. He is highly knowledgable, intuitive, understanding, and goes the extra mile to help. What a fantastic doctor.
I’ve had a really positive experience at Watling Medical Centre. Dr Shah is a brilliant GP - very caring, compassionate and takes the time to listen. Dr Moore was also very helpful and kind. I recently spoke to receptionist Asta who was very efficient in getting me a quick response. I am very grateful for the care I have received from this practice.
