Tried to get help with online services. Went in the surgery this morning and filled in the form. Got an email later in response to that but needed help, so rang the surgery. Was told i would have to go into the surgery again. Explained that was what i was trying to avoid, as i am a carer and stuck at the other side of Rochdale hence the reason for setting up the online services. I've been at this practice since I was a small child and i have never been let down by the services. Great doctors and staff. Could do with a lick of paint though
