I wish there was an option to give a 100 star review. After suffering with foot pain for many years, I was advised by the physiotherapist to wear insoles. After doing a little research online, I stumbled across custom made orthotics. And so I went it, got measured and had them fitted in and....I never knew walking could be so pleasurable and pain free! I suffer chronic back and hip pain, and my occupation involves standing for around 10 hours daily. Getting custom made insoles was recommended by my osteopath, and actually probably the only thing I hadn't tried yet to help decrease my hip and back pain. It was quick and easy to make an appointment online. Gary was easy going but professional. I have had insoles from Gary (Dr Insole) for over ten years and his products and attention to detail are next to none. Gary truly listens and shows utmost patience in getting the finished insole just right. I highly recommend that you see Gary if you have back pain or difficulty walking. He has certainly put me back on my feet and I’ve found him to be truly ethical and caring.
Absolutely incredible service and insoles! I cannot recommend Gary enough - his insoles have been the best purchase I've made in years. A few months back a doctor said I'd have to have surgery due to a bone coalition on my right foot that was causing me severe, sprain-like pain even after walking 20 minutes. The surgery would have resulted in a 24 week recovery period potentially involving a wheelchair. But as a last resort, he recommended trying out a pair of insoles.
