Terrible get told you have to ring at 8 to get an appointment for the day then when it finally rings you get cut off with a message saying the surgery is closed ring out of hours doctors and it keeps doing the same
NEVER LET DR A.J.Priestley NEAR YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!! I Didn't even want to rate it a 1 star but it wouldnt let me say what was needed to and this is extremely important. My daughter was just 8weeks old and doctor A.J.Priestly burnt and made my daughter's belly button red raw, she was in excruciating pain for weeks on end it was that bad, she was removing an umbilical cord which was meant to be treated with Vaseline to avoid burning the outside of her stomach, she didn't have any and didn't tell me it was a must my poor b... read more
Managed to get booked in after 30 min on the phone. Arrived on time, however waited for ages. Then checked with reception and it came up that they changed the time for 45 min later. Waited even longer then came to the doctor and actually was greeted by 'we've got 10 min' and literally rushed through the whole appointment not paying attention to what I had to say. If I could change the surgery i would.
